Order Fulfilment

Our companies products are handmade here at our offices in Coventry. We have a small selection of pre made items but the majority of items on our website will need to be made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks depending on current lead times. Please note that during busy periods this may take longer and for accurate lead times please email us at sales@wearmilos.com. I promise we're sewing as fast as we can!

In Stock Items

Where an item is pre made, we endeavour to dispatch the product within two working days.

If a pre made item is purchased alongside a made to order item, your item will be reserved and kept aside until your custom item is ready for dispatch, your items will then be shipped as one parcel.

Made to Order Items

For made to order where the products (including sizes) are not pre made we aim to ship the good within weeks depending on current lead times. Please note that during busy periods this may take longer and for accurate lead times please email us at sales@wearmilos.com. As every single item is handmade in our offices, this ensures us enough time to lovingly hand craft your custom item.

If a specific timescale is required, please contact us directly. We completely understand the need for rushed orders for special events and will endeavour to meet your needs.

Pre Order Items

For items with 'Pre Order' in their title, please allow up to 8 weeks before shipping. We will obviously endeavour to get it shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery

Items will be shipped using an appropriate shipping or postal service that offers full tracking and is insured throughout its delivery. The carrier and tracking number(s) will be provided at the point of fulfilment.

For UK, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for all UK Orders.

Returns



Doesn't fit? Changed your mind? Don't worry! You have 30 days to return the item(s) to us in an unworn and resalable state for a full refund or exchange. 

If you choose to post it back then please inform us by email at sales@wearmilos.com so we can advise of the address to send it to and so we know to expect your parcel. Buyer must cover return postage.

Unfortunately, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, this includes items that have been personalised in any way and also gift cards and hygiene products (underwear).
