Doesn't fit? Changed your mind? Don't worry! You have 30 days to return the item(s) to us in an unworn and resalable state for a full refund or exchange.

If you choose to post it back then please inform us by email atsales@wearmilos.com so we can advise of the address to send it to and so we know to expect your parcel. Buyer must cover return postage.Unfortunately, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, this includes items that have been personalised in any way, 'BUILD YOUR OWN' products, gift cards and hygiene products (underwear).

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, if it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Any products that are personalised or from our 'BUILD YOUR OWN' range are completely custom made for you and as such returns or exchanges are completely at our discretion. We will only refuse a return or exchange under this policy if we feel the colour combinations chosen are too personal and custom for us to sell on if returned.
