How long will my order take to arrive?

Each item is lovingly handmade by us in our Warwickshire studio from start to finish. We take time to ensure that your item is perfect before posting. This process normally takes us a few weeks depending where you are on the list of orders but please message us for more accurate turnaround times.

How do your clothes fit?

Our clothes are accurate to size with a little extra growing room. We are in the process of adding Size Guides to our products for more accurate measurements for each item. If in doubt, please message us at where we can help a bit more!

Why are your products priced higher than high street items?

Each item is handmade by us in our Warwickshire studio. This is extremely time consuming and expensive, however this is the best way to ensure loving quality from start to finish. Our illustrators are paid to design our fabrics, we then pay to have them printed onto high quality and expensive eco friendly fabrics and using eco friendly techniques. We then pay our team to layplan, cut, sew, finish, press, tag and pack your orders.

 Purchasing a handmade item is truly amazing, you're supporting a bunch of dreams over here for our team and for that we are so grateful.

Do you offer refunds / exchanges?

Don't worry! We do! As long as your item is returned to us in an unused and unworn state then we can refund or exchange for you. The only items that are exempt from this are items that are personalised, briefs and boxer shorts. But please read our policies or get in touch for more information! 

How will my order arrive?

All of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour or 48 hour (depending on which you select at the checkout)

Do you offer wholesale?

We do offer wholesale to specially selected stores, please email with an introductory email to explore this option.

Our Refund Guarantee


Doesn't fit? Changed your mind? Don't worry! You have 30 days to return the item(s) to us in an unworn and resalable state for a full refund or exchange. 

If you choose to post it back then please inform us by email so we can advise of the address to send it to and so we know to expect your parcel. Buyer must cover return postage.Unfortunately, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, this includes items that have been personalised in any way, 'BUILD YOUR OWN' products, gift cards and hygiene products (underwear).


Once your return is received and checked, if it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Personalised and 'BUILD YOUR OWN' Products

Please note that personalised items are exempt from returns, refunds or exchanges. Any products that are personalised or from our 'BUILD YOUR OWN' range are completely custom made for you and as such returns or exchanges are completely at our discretion. We will only refuse a return or exchange under this policy if we feel the colour combinations chosen are too personal and custom for us to sell on if returned.
