Fully BSA and EU health and safety compliant. All fabric used is Oeko-Tex certified which means that no harmful chemicals were used during the manufacturing and dying process.

To order this product in another fabric, please get in touch! Everything we create is handmade in store.

We keep a pre made selection of stock in store. If we have your item in stock it will dispatch within two working days. If your item has to be made then it can take up to 4 weeks during busy periods to be made and dispatched. Please email us for accurate lead times or if you need your item by a specific date.

Fully Tracked and Insured

Items will be shipped using an appropriate shipping or postal service that offers full tracking and is insured throughout its delivery. The carrier and tracking number(s) will be provided at the point of fulfilment.

For UK, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. For Rest of the World, shipping can take up to 6 weeks but please contact us for a more accurate estimate.

Returns

Doesn't fit? Changed your mind? Don't worry! You have 30 days to return the item(s) to us in an unworn and resalable state for a full refund or exchange. Either drop it off to us in store or post it to us at:

If you choose to post it back then please inform us by email at sale@wearmilos.com so we know to expect your parcel. Buyer must cover return postage.

Unfortunately, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, this includes items that have been personalised in any way and also gift cards and hygiene products (underwear).

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, if it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
